Project Contribution:

DigitalAdvertiser overhauled the client's tech stack to improve the analysis of channel attribution, integrating specialized attribution tools and bespoke reporting via a range of data tools. This strategy allowed for a more accurate determination of how different channels work together, uncovering essential performance drivers to boost overall results. Furthermore, critical optimizations were implemented to sharpen and elevate performance outcomes.

Project Overview:

The results were impressive, showcasing quarter-over-quarter enhancements including a 300% increase in Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) from 4.85 to 9.19. The Cost to Acquire a New Customer (CAC) experienced a modest decrease of 7% (from $43 to $40), while the Average Order Value (AOV) remained consistent. Expenses saw a slight uptick of 103% (from $1.217M to $1.250M), and Revenue surged by 195% (from $5.9M to $11.5M).
